Hi! I’m Gracie :)

And if you haven’t already guessed… I love books. As a recently graduated graphic designer with absolutely no idea what to do with my life, I decided to take the plunge and start a blog. Slightly random, but it gives me a creative outlet in a format I love most.

I’m the kind of person who can read well over eighty books a year (98 last year, to be exact) and somehow own around 220… I think? It’s honestly hard to keep track.

I like to think I’m productive and organised, but in reality, my life is a bit of a chaotic mess. My favourite genres might sound a little predictable, but I just know the girlies will get it. Rom-coms, for starters — how could you not love them? There’s nothing better than giggling and kicking your feet over a book at 9pm on a Friday night.

I also love romance, romantasy, some historical fiction (think Bridgerton vibes), small town fiction, and occasionally a dark romance.

Growing up, I was obsessed with books like Rainbow Fairies, Harry Potter, and EJ12. I think those early favourites definitely shaped the kind of stories I’m drawn to now at 21.

At the moment, I’m rereading Throne of Glass, and some of my favourite authors include Lynn Painter, Elsie Silver, Laurie Gilmore, and Emily Henry.
